The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable.

Room was quite specious, very chilled AC, Water pressure in the Bathroom, these were the outline of the stay. enough daylight in the room and location was great too. Telephone line in the room was not working and staff were aware of it but still didn't fix it, Disliked · Smell of the bedsheets wasn't fresh, the telephone in room was out of order and even i informed the team but wasn't rectified. No slippers in the room (it would be added advantage of you can do), Overall, the product is good, and they can make far better with a little effort.

My stay it was My stay at this hotel was ridiculous at the first when I walk into the hotel I had the confirmation number as an appear on the email when I make the payment so I walk in to the reception I talk to the agent and the agent was unhelpful and he wasn’t respectful I show him the picture of the email that I screenshot it and then he said no show me the actual email so I showed him the actual email and then he said I couldn’t find your reservation then I said how come I make the payment already he start giving me a hard time and yelling at me and then he said I know my job and that’s what I’m telling you I cannot find it in the system go anywhere else and then I showed him the email again and then I showed him the confirmation number exactly where is it located and then he took like 15 minutes And then he said OK give me your ID and then I gave him my ID and he take the ID he starts older steps to check in and then after that I ask him for the parking hasn’t shown on the reservation it was a free barking when I ask him he said no there is not free parking it’s all fall and then I said how come where should I leave my car he said it’s not my business and then I said OK give me the card of my room the key and then I will park the car he said I won’t give you the key until you park your car with the really nosy words he wasn’t have a good behavior , It is not racism but although I was from Qatar I am local his he wasn’t supposed to act really bad customer service

Worst staff ever!!!! They don’t acknowledge the DND sign and make a fire alarm drill in the middle of our sleep! It happened twice in our stay and when we complained in the Reception there is an Indian Lady who is very rude and just ignored our concern! The fire alarm was terribly loud and they don’t choose time to do it either early morning or afternoon they don’t care and they don’t apologize for this inconvenience. Specially this Indian Lady in the Reception she has the worst attitude I ever experienced in all hotels I stayed in. I am a regular guest here and same receptionist I see with same attitude I will not definitely come back in this hotel anymore it’s not comfortable at all!!!! NO EMPATHY, 0 rate in customer service 👎 Highly NOT recommended!!

Amazing premier suite with breathtaking view. Very clean room. With ample facilities in the room. Only drawback is the toilet/ washroom. It is very small. Staff is friendly but upon check out the female staff was in rush to check us out, it felt bit rude like we are being kicked out.

When you walk in to this hotel do not expect to meet friendly reception team ,they are the rudest customer service people I have experienced and the worst of them all is Gopic who's very racist.I was in Musherieb and my sister who had checked in to this hotel invited me to pass by and say hello as a courtesy which I did however even before I could finish my statement to the reception he shouted at me claiming IT IS NOT ALLOWED and the room booked is a couple and if I want I call them and sit over the there(lobby area).I would really love to know what was running to his mind and why he even altered such statement least he would have asked me the reason for visit or even responded back to my greetings which I had started with. This is harsh judgement coming from a receptionist. I am a customer service person with experience in front roles and this is not the way to address a guest least when they know all the procedure in line to hotels policies.I sat down patiently getting in touch with my sister who made courtesy of coming down to the lobby and after inquiring one of the colleagues at the reception had a word with them and he said having a visitor is not a problem as long as they bear proper identification where I had it at hand. Being shouted at and feeling discriminated because of my color is something I won't have it recommend to any person who would want to book in to the hotel because of unnecessary guest information being relayed upon is not the best decision to have such people as your brand ambassadors. The most awaited event is just around the corner if this is how a resident is treated clearly leaves me no doubt there won't be a change at all if Gopic and such personalities remain to be the face of the hotel.

Bad hotel, poor services and rude staff Disappointed experience I booked through *********** for eid vacation but they charged more money by deducting from credit card then they canceled my reservation i did by booking I requested extra blankets for my kids they refuse to give Not recommended at all

I have been staying here for past 2 weeks and decided to write a review because good things need to be written about. I was surprised to see just 3 star rating at the time of writing this review because I m very happy to stay here. It really feels home away from home. Good points - 1. superb wifi, 2. big rooms, 3. friendly and courteous staff, 4. location near Albidda park, metro station and corniche sea side. Special mention- all staff including Anand, Abhishek and Raju. Not only managers but ground staff including house keeping boy are smiling, courteous and helpful. One of the person helped me in getting a hard surface mattress due to my backpain. Why I say it to home because in hotels generally people don’t entertain customised special needs of guests. Here it is not the case. Only one point of improvement is food. It doesn’t seem to be cooked in best oil and menu options are limited. But then online food delivery apps like talabat and wishbox come to my rescue.
