I have a complain regarding service but no managers are able to talk with me only the staffs? Just to find out the manager had no balls to communicate with us. Why is he letting his staff to carry the restaurant in their back? He is the head of the department?

The hotel team is great, however there are points to correct to have a real 5 star status.
It is not normal for us to rehearse 3 days in a row before an action. We complained because the bathroom door handle was defective and no longer opened from the inside. In addition, we repeated several times that there were 2 of us and that we needed more towels. Housekeeping was also forgotten one day. Finally, to improve the experience, breakfast should be diversified. Alternate dishes, juices, pastries, fruits depending on the day of the week. There should also be an employee at the swimming pool who gives towels and takes any orders.
These are only comments for future improvement. I would definitely return to this hotel. There is a 24/7 restaurant on the top floor and the team is super friendly.

This hotel is the first 5 star hotel that gave me one roll of toilet paper and one towel at a time. This hotel is definitely poor when compared to other 5 star hotels. They do not use any sort of mattress and pillow cover/protectors which is very unsanitary. As soon as I walked into the room I smelled sweat from the mattress. The pillows had stains on them. Also, the room definitely had some issues aesthetically. You guys could do a lot better.
