The hotel is located near the Waqif Market, the Islamic Cultural Museum, the beach, and there are many places to eat around. The room is relatively large. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic.

The hotel is really bad, the soundproofing is not good, and there is a mixed crowd. It is not recommended to stay here anyway. It is not as good as the photos at all. The dinner is very small, you even have to ask for milk, and there is no juice.

Hotel chosen in stopover package deal with Qatar Airlines. Overall: Would not stay again due to the noise of two nightclubs situated in the hotel and the dated and smudgy appearance of the hotel. Location: In between musea, the Corniche and on walking distance to Souq Waqif. A**osphere: lobby crowded with nightclub guests managed by people running the lifts. Hygiene: stained carpets throughout the hallways and in the rooms. Does not mean it's dirty but it is certainly not appealing. Rooms: Ridiculous large rooms, beds comfortable. But the disco sounds came right through my earplugs untill 4 a.m. Relocation to another floor did not help at all. Service: Friendly and prompt. No automatic check out, which is really out of date in 2024!

Ben Sassi is the rudest man I have ever met. He would not allow me to charge my phone even though I was a guest at the hotel. One of the security grabbed and pulled me and Ben Sassi allowed it to happen.

If you are going with your family or on business, do not go to this hotel. Do not lose. Your time and your money. In the description the hotel is 4 stars, but it is far from it. The rooms are neglected, with the smell of tobacco. They have a disco on the top floor and any type of people come in, even ladies who are working on the street. It's really not safe at all! In the rooms you can hear the noise of the disco and if there is any other party on the first floor too. The pool is always closed, according to the staff for a short time, but I see in the comments that it hasn't worked for months. It was really disappointing...

We bookd this hotel through Qatar Airways (4* hotel with stopover package) - has nothing to do with 4* - dirty place and has weird party nights on the roof bar. When we were cheking out at 5 am, hotel staff was "checking in" additional guests to hotel rooms and the concierge used "house taxi" to the airport, which was dirty and wasy too expensive but hotel personnel was "unable" to book a decent transportation :(

All the security from same place. the try men ho not give in money like nothing and when i ask for Mr Victor he protect his team before he know and hotel the care about staff not the guest . And the leady he will do anything just for number don’t come to this place all is a gang searching for money
