Not bad, but not great. Pretty good for being by Dominical beach. Aren't many options. The rooms are very basic and dated. The grounds are okay. Restaurant is okay. Very short walk to the beach. Also not far to the main shopping area. So it's convenient.

May be years ago the property was nice, but now the territory is dirty, the wooden tables in restaurant are black of dirty. We have stayed three nights, and nobody cleaned the room and changed the towels, but the envelope “for tips” was laying on the table from the first day. Mattress on the bed was collapsed, sleeping in this bed was like sleeping on the floor. We were unhappy choosing this hotel and don’t recommend it to anybody. We have stayed in different hotels in Costa Rica, and this one was the worst.

Wonderful staff make for a pleasant stay. Great beach access. Good security. Breakfast is good. Some of the buildings are showing their age and occasional outages occur but it’s a nice place to stay. Nice pool and gardens

The hotel did not have running for more than half of our stay (sink and shower totally unusable), and the AC/TV stopped working on a few occasions. This was Not an outage for the entire town so I reached out to reception and hotel customer service immediately and was told it was "out of their control" and offered no compensation. This area of Costa Rica is very hot and virus's are spread rapidly amoung visitors and (I probably don't need to even explain why) water is a neccessity. Unfortunately had they handled the issue appropriately my review would be much different.

This place tries to bill itself as a resort, but its on the lower end of a resort. They do have a pool, but not that great. There are a lot of birds here, so its a little noisy in the morning. The room was just a basic room, nothing to talk about, just a place to sleep. The free breakfast was just plain, compared to other places that I stayed at in CR. They had plenty of parking here and we felt safe.

Really fun experience:) we’ve stayed there for a week and we were sad to leave. The staff is really sweet especially April and John ;) we will definitely come back.
