Vakantie 2024 , dominicaanse republiek, had mijn twijfels omdat ik wat gewoon ben , nieuw huis dus vakantie wat goedkoper , eerste nacht wat een slechte kamer , de dag erna een upgrade gevraagd , en ervoor betaald wat een verschil ruime mooie vernieuwde luxe suite met zee zicht , eten is zeer gevarieerd iedere dag is er iets anders , maar het was warm , sommige die in het restaurant werken zijn super andere dan weer niet , de foodtruck was zeer lekker , weet wel dat er wat werken zijn in het hotel dat geklop en geboor , maar aan het zwembad en zee stoort het niet , het ronde zwembad is wel zeer vuil lag iedere dag vol met dode insecten terwijl de andere baden niet , speciale dank aan Melany van de desk zij geeft onze vakantie goed gemaakt

La piscina me encanto todo muy lindo y limpio, la parte de la comida estuvo regular, poca música para hacer ambientes y si llevas bocina te la mandan a bajar , la animación muy buena partícipe en todas las actividades y los chicos te motivan...

Worst , dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed in, food cold not much variety , bedlinen changed only once in 2 weeks towel which were tatty old an fraying changed twice , no comfortable seating of an evening, metal chairs that had sweaty backsides on the in the day were the night time seats also... just appalling workmen on sight dire ....staff rude and lazy just terrible

Animatiion team were outstanding Rachel was superb The fire show is worth seeing Great value for money would highly recommend Eduordo was a great waiter and Is a credit to the hotel Staff were friendly and helpful Shuttle bus to beach was very convenient and the beach was beautiful Would also recommend trip to Souna

Nos vacances se terminent ce jour , la situation géographique est sympathique , le concept Adult Only appréciable. Concernant l'attribution de la chambre , pas de doléance particulière vu que nous avons payé un supplément pour la Chambre vue mer, petit bémol tout de même pour le nettoyage des chambres , des finitions malgré la rénovation loin d'être parfaites . Problème récurrent de chasse d'eau . Les repas malgré divers thèmes pas très variés . Visite de petites bestioles autour de certains plats..... Un petit plus pour les fruits qui étaient à notre goût . Quant à Mr J. Il fait son boulot de vendeur en cassant les autres prestataires de façon peu convenable qu'il vende ses produits je le conçois mais cela sans devoir dénigrer les autres prestataires qui en l'occurrence sont très bien et compétents :-) Cet hôtel au vu de la situation géographique aura de bons points lorsqu'il sera complètement rénové et que le personnel sera un peu plus aimable.

Finally I am HERE! I was here in January, while here I booked a vacation for May. I love it that much!!! So I am here again, the People!!! Literally what has brought me back. Alexis, is literally the BEST person I have ever met in my life! He is your DJ here, but so much more, a brother, a friend. Just the best!!! Entertainment staff are the best!!!! When I came in Janurary the resort had just opened. So seeing it now thriving just makes me sooooo happy! Please if you’re thinking of coming! Do it!!! You won’t regret it!!! If you book for October- you will see me and my mom AGAIN! This place has become a home away from home. - only you don’t have to cook your own food here
