Es la tercera vez que elegimos este hotel para nuestras vacaciones y sin dudas seguiremos eligiondolo, por la calidad de sus bares y restaurantes, infraestructura, siempre impecable todo, y por la calidez de la gente, te hacen sentir como en tu casa, Manuel y Emilio del Star Prestige de playa, Florimon, encargado de bares , un genio, Alvin , Alejandra (campanita para nosotros ) y a resto de los integrantes del Star Prestige, un abrazo grande y nos veremos pronto

Tout était extra! Une météo peut être un tout petit peu capricieuse pendant deux jours mais sans incidence sur nos sourires ni sur celui des équipes toujours présentes quand on en a besoin et très efficaces! Le jardin est un décor tropical luxuriant! Les chambres sont grandes, très propres et en excellent état! La literie en tout cas nous concernant était parfaite ! Pourquoi pas la note maximale? Peut être un peu de redondance aux buffets mais il faut bien contenter tout le monde et ça ne doit pas être facile! Des années que nous regardions cet hôtel et son petit phare (qui est en fait un bar génial!) Bref nous reviendrons sûrement ! Plage magnifique ! Sable blanc et un petit « récif » à visiter avec masque et tuba! La piscine est belle mais nous n’y sommes pas allés ! Si vous êtes plongeurs (ou pas encore d’ailleurs!) n’hésitez pas à aller au centre de plongée où vous trouverez une équipe formidable qui partagera avec vous sa connaissance d’un milieu marin à la richesse étonnante ! Voilà! Bref que du bien! Je suis encore sur ma serviette pour quelques heures et je n’ai pas envie d’en partir !!!

Hermoso Resort! El ambiente es familiar y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son hermosas y la atención de todas las personas que allí trabajan es muy cálida. La limpieza es impecable y la comida excelente en los diferentes restaurantes. Hay un bar a modo de faro, hermoso! Súper pintoresco para sacar fotos. Todas las instalaciones son hermosas, en la parte exterior tanto la vegetación como los animales se encuentran súper cuidados, se pueden ver peces, tortugas, patos, pavos reales y más! Las actividades para los niños son excelentes como así también las personas a su cargo, muy profesionales y amorosas. Hay muchas actividades para hacer de forma gratuita como snorkel, kayak, entre otras. Pasamos unos hermosos días en familia, sin dudas volveremos!

Muy lejos cada restaurante - escaleras y lo peor el personal de playa muy poco capacitado - fuimos objeto de robo y nadie hizo nada - nos hicieron caminar por todo el hotel durante dos horas - unos empleados nos mandaban a hablar con otros siempre con mucha educación pero sin solución

Me encantó absolutamente todo!! La playa, el hotel, la atención, la limpieza, los jardines, la comida, todo. El personal del hotel fue siempre muy amable, todo estaba impecable. Muy recomendable tanto para ir en pareja o familia. Para quienes van con niños hay muchísimo entretenimiento y opciones.

Segunda vez q estoy en este hotel. Primera vez en 2022 , a nivel estructura creo q bajo el nivel de mantenimiento del hotel , lo veo ( actualmente alojado del 12-4 al 21-4 ) menos mantenido qué cuando vinimos la otra vez , esta vez estamos viviendo la experiencia de pagar un extra en el sistema STAR PRESTIGE del hotel y funciona mejor para los socios que para los eventuales , ejemplo pedimos en su bar privado un gin tonic con bebidas de calidad , y al no tener tónicas en ese lugar nos trajeron otros de la barra común, no pudimos desgustar como nosotros queríamos, la cafetería no es la excepción, no tienen muy en claro cuando le pedis un tipo de café, y si se lo repetis te tratan de mala manera ya nos paso dos veces desde que llegamos, al comprar el paquetes star prestigue no nos informaron que incluía, incluso el q nos cobro estaba más interesado en la propina que en explicar, esperemos q la experiencia valla mejorando estos pocos días que nos quedan ya q pagamos un extra importante, y como agasajo nos dieron un espumante de 10 dolares . Excelente experiencia lo recomiendo de todas maneras, la habitacion y atencion del personal muy buena, la tencion de Jafraysy, katherin,melisa, sobresaliente, sin desmercer al resto del personal, todos muy amables y serviciales, la playa un lujo el buffet buenisimo, sobre todo el dia viernes con langostas, centollas y camarones. nos alojamos en la habitacion 4110, esperamos volver muy pronto gracias por la atencion recibida
