Сам отель неплохой, правила проживания конечно: хочешь заселиться раньше - плати Решил приехать с животным - тоже плати. Причём взнос за животное не имеет градации, никакой. Якобы в правилах заселения это прописано. Однако меня никто не предупреждал о данных правилах, и никто чек не дал об «оказанных» услугах. Я крайне недовольна. Потому что такие вопросы обговариваются заранее, а не спустя 10 часов пребывания в отеле.
