Excellent hotel staff very helpful as arrived late and kitchen was closed but they nicely offered to cook me a pizza breakfast good very clean good parking nice bar

Really good hotel clean rooms We stayed for an overnight trip and I was extremely impressed. The room was lovely and clean with a spacious bathroom. The only issue we had was the noise from the traffic but once we closed the window it was quiet. Perfect hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable holiday express....unsure it's a 9 out of 10.as the reviews suggest.
Most staff friendly and helpful, Izzy was cheerful and friendly.
Hotel is fairly new so still in good condition. Would use again but that will depend if in budget for me next visit.
Went out elsewhere for food as options near by, so can't comment to much on the hotel food, there is a menu.
Breakfast is available seems to be included in the room price, which is good..

IHG's vary from diabolical to very good. This was a one night quick stopover, and we found it to be clean, with a comfy bed and the usual basics for breakfast. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were informed that the lifts weren't operational, and we were on the top floor. As a disabled customer this wasn't an option so the receptionist found a ground floor room, which was adequate. The heating was not working so we were very cold but hey ho. It was just one night and as IHG's go, this was better than others. Would use again as it was £54 ,including brekkie

Arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night, solo and exhausted. I was greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm from the lovely pair of women behind the desk that I immediately felt less stressed! Everything you could ask for from an Express, thank you.
