Room was lovely and clean on arrival. Even smelt nice too! The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful. Breakfast was nice too - again with friendly staff in the resteraunt. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Will definitely be back to visit Yorkshire wildlife park and be staying here again. Xx

Spotless room modern room with shower good storage Julie on reception absolutely lovely a human being! housekeeping staff big thumbs up to you restaurant 2 staff organised professionals and they were so busy service with a smile everything spot on recommend this hotel to anyone thank you to all the staff David and Joanne.

I always stay at lakeside rooms are clean staff are friendly always there to help always a good experience close to local amenities always something to do and places to eat either at beefeater or local food places always an enjoyable stay and will always go back

Not the cleanest place, and definable not the cleanest premier inn I've stayed at . There's a lot of dust all around the room . Unable to open windows and thats quite an issue as the room needs airing , the aircon isnt upto the job. The beefeater restaurant is actually even worse. Tables uncleared for over 40 minutes, customers actually doing it for themselves in order to to have a table to sit at. Decided not to eat here after seeing how untidy the place is.

Perfect welcome every time I visit this establishment Happy receptionist and very helpful indeed.Marie was very welcoming . Top 100 hotel in the world . Theirs lots of food outlet nearby . You have got beautiful lake where you take a nice walk. Will be back

Excellant for visiting Keepmoat Stadium Room was spotless and modern and the food and staff service was great. Mandela was very helpful checking in and the Meal Deal was good value Staff at breakfast and evening was good also. Went to watch Dons.beat.York.

Having stayed so many times now, the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Always at least 12 of us check in and nothing is a problem. Food in the restaurant is great. Excellent value and great service. Keep doing what you are doing. Looking forward to our autumn visit.

We love staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable, the housekeeping is exceptional. Showers are fantastic with nice Bayliss and Harding products.

After long drive comfy bed and quiet room much appreciated during visit to family nearby. Hotel situated close to outlet Center and nearby lake and walks way parking and easy to find if needed plenty of nearby eateries
