The welcome banner should say “Welcome to the worlds filthiest hotel” !!! We checked in and then immediately walked out - it was uninhabitable and couldn’t get out quick enough - after complaining I was advised today that they wouldn’t refund our monies, saying they could of rectified the situation!!! - how they intended to rectify the rats running around in the car park as well as finding me a better room would of been impossible - Had I spoken to the rat he was properly checking out as it was so dirty !!! Please don’t book in here - no one should stay in conditions like this.

Recently stayed at this hotel as we were attending the races and concert nearby, we were a bit dubious about staying here as we had read bad reviews, but we both had an amazing experience, all staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy and the rooms were spacious and modern. We will definitely be stopping here again if we ever come back to Doncaster in the future

Booked for a weekend away for concerts and racing. The name of the hotel sounds very upmarket but don’t be fooled. Not cheap and the room was very disappointing! Cracked wash basin held together with glue (?), disgusting brown stains in the toilet and stains in the shower cubicle. Hairdryer not working. The overall appearance of the hotel is that it needs a good clean and revamp! On a positive note the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The worst hotel - by a clear margin, Used as a hostel for drunk, spice-smoking, noisy and threatening homeless people. The only 'hotel' I have ever encountered with 2 registered doorman, 24x7.
The room was dirty, the hotel was dismal. This hotel has the Doncaster record for guests wo check out(suicide) rather than check out. Google the hotel. The appalling air of despondency, or was it the sewer smell in the shower, that pervades this establishment is not quickly forgotten.

Checked in to a room with no bed and a disgusting carpet, human error was the answer. Checked in to a second room. Look at the walls. No restaurant for food. We laid our staff off for COVID and we have not started then again. After a 14 hour day this is exactly what you need. NEVER AGAIN. complaint sent to customer services and their reply was almost oh well. You could have gone out for food.
