Domaine Chateau du Faucon

PARFAIT car vraiment parfait en tout point le château est somptueux et entièrement meublé et en service, c'est un vrai voyage dans le temps. nous avions choisi une chambre au château même et la satisfaction fut totale: grande chambre, très bien équipée, salle de bain au top, bref, toutes nos attentes étaient devancée par les équipements en place. A découvrir absolument.

The owner Natalie takes advantage of people who do internships in the kitchen. They don't look out for the workers. They only look out for your money. And that is reflected in the final service. They believe that because they are people with a lot of money that others are inferior. They have no respect for others. A shame

Nice rooms, friendly staff Large beautiful park, very quiet location off the track. Nice extensive breakfast. Reasonable evening meal, nothing special, we were with a large group. Clean bathroom but could use a refresh.

Meal not at all up to expectations for a site of this nature. Disappointing meal that should not have been homemade. Example: strawberry tiramisu- two pink cakes from Reims drizzled with mascarpone with two cut strawberries!! I will not return because I was hoping for a higher level even by paying a little more

Charming and attentive welcome, charming room too, everything is clean, and equivalent in my opinion to a 3* "+" hotel... (or a 4* "-")... Unfortunately, even with all the efforts in the world, the service is not up to par at all... (we had been warned of a simple snack offer for the evening, because the hotel no longer has a restaurant, and not wanting to leave the site to go out to dinner, we chose this formula... it was bad for us, because, even if the products are "correct" - in terms of organization it's rubbish ... and what's more "we" look down on it) Gentlemen, or ladies of management, hire people who know their job, or else brief them and give them a crash course... I got the impression of attending a welfare ballet...) (I won't say more, because I am discreet by nature and I don't like to argue with the staff - having worked in catering, I I have my reasons)...but know that we have visited hotels and restaurants. However, we learned that the hotel was closing its doors on August 1, without being able to explain why -... could this be the explanation? (which is not one)

The area is large, you can walk around it, and there is the possibility of discovering the Golfcross. The bedding is very good and electrical outlets are available for electric vehicles. The Sunday brunch is very good even if a bit pricey. Finally, it would be nice if the catering offer were restored - only a snack offer is available. In the end, a very pleasant stay, quiet and in a magnificent place.

Bravo pour l'accueil parfait et très professionnel tant à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ et de même pour l'attention portée par l’hôtesse en charge du petit déjeuner. Juste une seule remarque nous aurions préféré que la chambre soit équipée d'une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire.

Nous avons passé un très joli moment avec mon épouse et ma fille pour notre première nuit d étape lors de nos vacances au mois d août. Après un mini golf dans le parc nous avons profitez de la terrasse pour un moment apéritif détente. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Très belle propriété au calme, facilement accessible des autoroutes. La partie restauration se situe à l'Auberge du Port, établissement partenaire qui propose une belle carte et des menus attrayants..
