Where to begin??? Stayed at Harvey's Point for a family wedding and I'm just going to sum this hotel up by saying it has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. THE BEST service, rooms, food, staff. Everyone is so polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities & grounds are superb. Don't think twice about booking a stay here, you will regret not having stayed here earlier.

Thank you Eamonn Gillespie for creating the perfect five day stay at Harvey’s Point. The staff at HP is world class on every level, and we felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. Our beautiful Lakeside Suite 708 was the finest home away from home. Private, perfect and with a view that will keep us returning for years! The food for breakfast and dinner was top notch, the wait staff better than the best and the kitchen creates magic on a plate. We will be back, and thank you Eamonn and team.

Another wonderful, relaxing stay at Harvey’s Point where the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Even though the weather was bad it didn’t matter as it’s a great excuse to simply stay and chill.

Super Hotel. Great staff from the time of arrival until we left. Delighted with the upgrade. Slight blip with the food on our last night but was handled well. Kitchen seemed under pressure However will stay here again.

Booked the Sunday sleepover with dinner bed and breakfast .When we checked in we were given an upgrade to the deluxe double room. It is incredible the whole room the decor,the bed ,furniture the space also the jacuzzi where relaxing music is playing in the background The food was excellent as were the staff The bar later in the evening had a cosy homely atmosphere. The weather was not favouritable leaving the grounds and walk to lake not explored ,One of the best hotels that is highly recommended

A brilliant relaxing and friendly stay, rooms very comfortable and cosy with a great view of the mountains. Food was first class, along with the ambience and music in the bar, very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend the hotel

This hotel is a delight to stay in. From the warm welcome we received from Eilish upon arrival until our departure we could not fault it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There was a great choice each morning at breakfast and a window seat overlooking the Lough was perfect. The thing that really makes this hotel stand out is the friendliness of the staff. They always had time to speak with the guests and nothing was ever a problem. The cookery demonstration and wine tasting were also a nice addition.

I had requested an early check in and although they couldn't guarantee it, I was granted my wish. Lovely check in, even taking up time with my one for all vouchers. Room overlooking lake for my stress free 3 days away was so relaxing. Room spotless. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, would love to have tried the omelettes, but wasn't brave enough. Staff were 2nd to none. We drove to Harveys Point, but as we wanted to enjoy the few days we got Gallaghers taxi into town. A true gent. Overall a fabulous stay 2nd time around. Even got to say hello to Noel Cunningham, the same in real life as on telly.

I flew in from the USA to attend a best friends wedding who had his reception in Harvey's Point. My wife and I spent two nights there and we had the most amazing experience. The cuisine was fantastic and the hospitality from every staff member was superb. The room we had was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. To be honest we could not have asked for more from any hotel. I wanted to give a special mention to the Guest Relations Manager, Eamonn Gillespie. He had spoken very well at my friends reception dinner and I had a chance meeting with him the following morning when he brought some bottles of water to my room. I could tell he had a passion for the hotel and his priority was to ensure the comfort for all the residents and guests there. On my last morning there I meet Eamonn again, I was with my wife and other family members and he was great craic and made us all feel so welcome. Eamonn went out of his way to get us transported to another local hotel using their courtesy vehicle. At this point we were all just tempted to stay another night at Harvey's Point but we stuck with original plans of our trip. We will definitely be back to Harvey's Point because of the great experience that we had there and planning another trip again for next year. Thank you to everyone at Harvey's Point for our memorable stay in Donegal.
