This was our second time staying in this hotel and unfortunately my sister and I were disappointed this time around. We were woken up at 5am with a banging noise that was ongoing for hours. Breakfast was so disappointing and not in the same room as it was the last time we visited. The bread to toast was stale, food looked like it was sitting out for days and options were limited. Reception staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean but the other aspects let it down and I don’t think we will be returning.

Great location ... Delicious food ... Refurbished rooms with lovely ensuite shower rooms ... Very helpful and accommodating staff in every part of the hotel. We went as part of a Line Dancing event and, even though a large party (over 100) we were well looked after.

Very disappointing hotel. The main lift was out of order! The room was cold but they did send a heater up! The walls near the kettle was splattered with tea or coffee. In need of an uplift!

Although some staff not friendly, like most of Ireland, I rated a 5 because of location, view, and breakfast. (Much construction at this moment) Sister hotel is much fancier and the bar area is wonderful! Our room was quiet, huge, hot pot, with chairs and table that were comfy.

Our family recently met here for a very special occasion - our mother’s first meeting with her newly found sister. We didn’t stay in the hotel but decided it would be the right setting for the first meeting. We were proven so right. The staff accommodated us perfectly. We were given respectful privacy yet attended to so very well. When we decided to have lunch, the manager set up a table for us in the dining room which was closed during the day. The food, hospitality and staff were all amazing. I definitely have to mention the manager Breda who went above and beyond to ensure our special occasion was given very special trea**ent.

Two night stay at Easter weekend and we loved it! Got a spacious room on the third floor with a fabulous view of the Eske river mouth rolling out into Donegal bay, this was truly uplifting: shower and jacuzzi bath added value: We used the pool each morning before breakfast which was also excellent, staff were helpful and welcoming at every opportunity: Fabulous central location on the diamond; couldn’t,t fault this place really but the builders noise had kicked off on Tuesday morning as we were packing up, there is a refurb in progress: Pleasantly surprised we were!

Siamo stati in questo hotel una notte durante il nostro tour in Irlanda. L'hotel è molto ben posizionato nel centro di Donegal. Purtroppo non dispone di parcheggio ma è molto semplice parcheggiare a Donegal. L'hotel è in fase di restauro ma questo non ha arrecato danno o fastidio alcuno al nostro soggiorno. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.
