The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Even late at night. The location was super convenient and a worthwhile alternative to staying at Seven Springs resort.

Our family stayed here, in two adjoining rooms, for a weekend ski trip at Seven Springs. The hotel has a bit of a lodge vibe with the decor and taxidermy in the lobby. The service was friendly, the property was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good, and attendants kept it well stocked and spotless. Overall great value for the price.

I booked a 3-day stay with a non-refundable rate via *******. Little that I knew, my daughter would get covid and we would be unable to go. I contacted the hotel 3 days prior to my stay via ******* to see if dates can be changed given this; no response for 2 days. I then contacted the hotel directly and got bounced back to ******* via a rude front office person at the property who said that "she just got back and saw my message" after 2 days and I should take it up with *******. ******* also made several attempts to discuss/resolve the issue and they got ignored until the last minute (check-in day). After 3 days of initial contact, the hotel refused to make any changes. I was surprised by this kind of (lack of) response/service and was disappointed by the attitude and lack of flexibility, given the positive ratings.. yes it was a non-refundable rate and I had all the intentions/desire to be there, but just couldn't due to sickness. Allowing a customer to move dates by 2 weeks would have resulted in a positive customer experience, but this property clearly does not care about that. Holiday Inn Express as a brand name lost my business going forward.

The manager was wonderful. The hotel was spotless. Every part of it was so clean and decorated beautifully. The breakfast room was very clean and a great breakfast. Our room was very spacious and very clean!
