Westlake Hotel & Resort Vinh Phuc

The hotel environment is great, quiet and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the breakfast was also to our liking. A special thank you to the front desk staff, who were very friendly, highly capable, spoke multiple languages, and patiently gave us a lot of help. Other hotel staff we encountered were also very polite and kind. I would recommend it to colleagues who will be traveling here for business.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The location was too remote, the building was too old, and although the rooms were spacious, the facilities were dilapidated. Furthermore, the staff were of questionable quality, didn't speak English, making communication difficult, and lacked attentive assistance. In particular, the lack of golf carts, bicycles, or golf chairs provided meant guests missed the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of West Lake. I was extremely dissatisfied.

The Vinh Yen Westlake Hotel has a beautiful view. The breakfast is also good. The outdoor pool is large and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, and there's a golf course next door. Surrounded by a lake, the overall atmosphere is quiet and the scenery is breathtaking. However, there are a lot of Chinese visitors these days.

Breakfast was above average. The pool area was nice. The distance was a bit inconvenient, but taxis were easy to find. The room was comfortable for two.

The hotel is surrounded by a natural environment, so it's quiet and there are many pretty cafes, the lake is beautiful, and the infrastructure is well-established. It's great for taking a walk, the view is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and kind. It's really great.
