The room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. There were no unpleasant odors, and the TV's screen mirroring feature was incredibly convenient. The hotel also offered self-service laundry facilities, and having a gym right next door was a big plus. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, with a rich variety including popular items like Cheung fun and salads, and the taste was delicious overall. They even allowed guests to pack up any unfinished food. The hotel's location was also convenient, with shopping malls just a short distance away. The front desk staff were very polite; they helped me with directions and were always willing to assist with any needs. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Wow wow wow! The newly opened hotel is very high-end! I have a very good hotel experience. Parking is convenient. The lobby is modern and nice. The service is very good. The bedding is very comfortable. I purchased the same pillows when I left the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Chang'an for a business trip. Thos hotel is a good hotel. Nice view and it is clean. The only problem is there is no lock on the bathroom door! It is not even a door it is a siding door! There is only one door so if someone taking a shower you close it but if someone needs to go to the bathroom there is no door. The food they have is okay. Overall nice place but could make it better.

If you're someone like me who struggles to find hotels in China that don't smell like cigarette smoking in the corridor or even room, this is the one! A rare find where you get what's beyond expectation with the affordable price you pay. I was impressed by the hotel breakfast that comes with great selection of healthy options. What's even more impressive were the shampoo brand ESPA being used! It's even better than the ones I brought. There are also many great restaurants and nightlife all around and it's accessible to many places a tourist will go within 25mins ride

The location is about 10-15 mins walk to the metro. Room is clean and stocked up with drinks in the fridge free for the guests to consumed. There is even night porridge provided between 9:30-11.00pm. All staff are pleasant and courteous. Only criticism I have is the hot breakfast should be warm and heated better. Likewise the night porridge. Overall, highly recommended

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel for a business trip and it was excellent overall. The service was top-notch and met all my business travel needs. There's a gym to work out, and the laundry room is very convenient; my laundry was already hung up outside the door when I opened the door in the morning – a very thoughtful service. The bedding was very comfortable, made with Xinjiang raw cotton, and the room even had a large mirror and a great electronic scale. The hotel staff were very polite. I had heard from friends that Atour Hotel had excellent service and bedding, and this experience was truly wonderful. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next business trip.

The soundproofing is good, the environment is nice, the rooms are very cozy, the laundry service is very good, the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and if they feel that the room is not suitable, they are very enthusiastic to help change it. This is my second time staying here on a business trip, and I will stay here again next time.

Hotel & Room: The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The added perks like free supper and free-flow drinks in the lobby were wonderful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Atour hotel service is still so stable, business trip friendly! 1. Fruit tea will be delivered every time when waiting for the car at the front desk, and various needs can be quickly responded during the stay. 2. For people with poor sleep quality, this soundproofing is really good 3. Refrigerator minibar is really conscience without simple matching 4. The aroma smells good, there is wireless charging on the table haha I want to come to this hotel on a business trip nearby.
