Rebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience. We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool. Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive. See you next time.

I have stayed at this hotel many years ago and I am still more sentimental. This time I came to Dongguan and stayed for one night. Give me a new feeling. The hotel has been refurbished, the room is very clean and tidy! The bedding is particularly soft and comfortable to sleep. Check-in was also very fast, the little girl at the front desk also sent a breakfast, very intimate! Check out the front desk also presented me a souvenir of the hotel, a very beautiful water cup, thank you for the warm reception of the front desk friends! Come again next time.

Director Zhang at the front desk is not too flattered I bought me a cup of fruit tea. Because I complained that locusts couldn't sleep. I changed my room to sleep and brought a cup of milk tea. This has black eyes, this service is so good, I don't want to say anything. Thank you so much.

This place is awesome! Best place I’ve ever stayed for a long time. The only downside is that you’d better have DIDI service to get around as there is no metro close by. DiDi only costs 30 RMB to get you city centre anyways. And a huge plus with the very reasonable room rate which definitely cover the DIDI cost.
