The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was very quick. Special thanks to Stone for the thoughtful and attentive service throughout, which made the whole experience very comfortable. Any requests were promptly met. When we ordered takeout, the hotel even had robots that could deliver it to our room, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding felt like cotton, very soft, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied. The location is very convenient for getting around, yet the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Excellent value for money, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. This stay was fantastic!

I had a truly wonderful stay! I was pleasantly surprised to find birthday decorations in the room, as it was my birthday on the day of check-in. The hotel arranged everything perfectly. I was given a high-floor room with excellent views. The room was spacious and great for photos. Definitely a five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! They even sent up a small hotel cake for me. I couldn't be happier. A big thank you again to NIKKI for arranging the room and the birthday cake.

Welcome fruit was a nice touch on the first night. The hygiene was excellent. I absolutely loved the environment; it was very quiet, and the room was spacious. The bedding was comfortable too. The hotel breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, highly recommend!

The front desk staff was incredibly kind. Check-in was super quick, and since we were traveling with seniors and children, they upgraded us to a suite and let us check into a clean room early. The room amenities were great too!

The bed was incredibly soft, and the room was spacious. The shower gel was ACCA KAPPA, which was a nice touch. The facilities were quite comprehensive, and the hotel is just a stone's throw from Wanda Plaza, with plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel's hardware matches a 5-star standard, but the soft services and hygiene really don't keep up. From check-in, the staff couldn't find my booking, and couldn't confirm details like the dining package included – I understand they might be new, but it honestly left a bad impression. The shower door lock was faulty and got me locked inside. My child also found an uncleaned contraceptive on the bedside table. In terms of soft services, it doesn't even compare to business hotels like Hampton.
