酒店離萬達廣場近，購物十分方便，酒店環境也很好，大堂明亮豪華。房間衞生很乾凈，停車方便，登記即可。Hebe服務好，專業，很貼心，還贈送了歡迎水果，總體來説，服務人員都很專業，熱情，性價比很高，必須要點贊，下次有機會還來。還能介紹朋友一起來，不會失望。

酒店非常大氣，在東莞算是很好的了吧。整體上不錯，豪華酒店該有的樣子。對酒店的餐廳服務不太滿意。在品珍餐廳喝早茶，環境是很好的，但服務員居然和相熟的顧客大聲聊天，嬉笑，既影響了其他顧客，也顯得很不專業，很不應該

這家酒店是現代中式風格，環境整體讓人感覺輕鬆
舒適，中式元素巧妙地搭配在客房內部，讓人耳目一新。尤其要點讚的是衞生間，乾濕分離，梳粧台、洗漱台超級寬大，非常舒適。交通也非常方便，距離地鐵2號線沒多遠，門口就有商業廣場！退房Ella小姐姐體貼開好發票！速度槓槓的！

房間很乾凈，酒店服務特別好，自助早餐品種非常多還很好吃，歡樂時光不錯，足量美味，前台小妹妹Ella覃很熱情，雖然是實習生，但是幹勁十足！入住還送了歡迎水果，走廊或電梯間見到工作人員也會主動打招呼，有問必答。萬達旗下的五星級酒店，加上富力萬達的品牌加持，是一次不錯的入住體驗。
