Very lovely hotel. The room and hotel itself looks 5 stars/ like a resort for sure. They have a lot of amenities, facilities and luxurious items within the room.
The customer service is great. They really try their best to make you feel at home. Chao is an excellent manager. If you need anything just tell him.

這次入住這家五星級親子酒店，整體感覺還算不錯，有亮點也有需要改進的地方。
酒店的泳池確實是一大加分項，水質很乾凈，讓人放心帶孩子玩，分小童泳池和成人泳池，也分賽道和學泳區，不過美中不足的是，偶爾會有不少外來人員，稍微影響了住客的體驗，顯得有些擁擠。建議分流一下。
作為新開的酒店，設施都比較新，入住時的整體體感不錯，環境也讓人舒服。服務方面大多時候是到位的，入住和離開時還送了小朋友禮物，孩子很開心。酒店管家和經理會隨時詢問客户服務情況，看樣子是真的想做好服務和口碑。
小童樂園和相關的遊樂設施還有待完善，能玩的項目不算多，對孩子的吸引力稍弱。比如海洋球裏沒有滑梯，充氣設施和襪套等。旁邊的遊樂園設施體驗也一般，而且和酒店的服務對接不太順暢，感覺有點脱節，沒有形成很好的聯動。遊樂莊園很大，挺好的一個資源，希望利用起來，比如針對酒店客户的接駁車和優惠的租車服務，大太陽天氣玩真的需要。
酒店餐廳的表現性價比不太高，菜品的口味和種類都有提升空間，感覺不太划算。（這次沒有嘗試茶點和西餐，衹是吃了幾天粵菜）
酒店以樂高積木為主題的親子酒店，到處也有積木拼成的裝飾，大堂成線條長廊型，環境和文化感都不錯，希望再多增加這些突出特點造就經典。（比如有些房型裏完全可以放一個積木桌，小孩在房子裏也可以拼。）希望酒店能針對這些問題多改進，相信會越來越受歡迎的。

非常愉快的住宿體驗！酒店環境整潔舒適，前台服務熱情周到，入住辦理迅速。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床品乾淨柔軟，睡得很安穩。地理位置便利，周邊交通方便。唯一不好的就是沒有送早餐。
