This was my first time staying in a hotel in Chang'an, and I chose a four-star one. The experience was really great. The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing. There was a lovely lady on the night shift who was super enthusiastic and even upgraded my room for free. The hotel environment is good; I'd definitely recommend it.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a bit and have enjoyed almost every day staying here.
The breakfast is open from 7:30 - 10AM so there is plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal. I personally really enjoy the breakfast, there is usually good variety with hot dishes, fresh fruits, and a coffee machine. The beds are very spacious and comfortable. The staff are attentive and very courteous.
There are several food vendors nearby, a mall a short distance away and some other athletics facilities.
Overall excellent stay at this hotel!

Bathroom are equipped with both shower and large bath. You can enjoy a relaxing bath, full of roses. We prepared our own, I think you can ask for them to prepare it for you. Here you will get a nice view, especially at night. The location is good as you're next to a mall where you can find a big supermarket if you go upstairs. There are lots of restaurants near this hotel, a KFC open 24/7, McDonalds until 22pm, chinese restaurants closes very late so if you want more tasty and nutritious food try it out :) I recommend you try out the cooked chicken from the restaurant that has an oven on the right side of the entrance. This chicken is on the first page of their menu, it's a must try ! if you just need a snack, there are convenience stores too

Very good memory. Stay for first time, requested upgrade which was granted immediately. Huge room and near by to large shopping complex. Ample of parking places. Due to location of hotel is floor 19, 20 and 21st, the view from above is definitely better than lower floors. Eateries are walking distance away.

My friend went to check into a hotel, and in the elevator, they encountered the cleaning lady who told her that the police were conducting room checks and advised against staying there. This made it impossible for my friend to stay. It's ridiculous! Why do they have to make such a fuss? Seriously, if that's the case, why don't you just close down?
