總體還行，性價比相當於3塊錢買瓶裝可樂，屬於正常水平。
優點在於店好找，獨棟不雜亂。新開的各方面用品、設施比較新，空調給力，房間隔音OK晚上較安靜，低於35dB。
問題：
房間較新，木製傢俱和地板味兒還沒散乾淨。加上廣東天氣潮濕，很容易有不舒服味道。建議通風、除濕。
住的房間衞生間和淋雨共用一扇門，門和防水槽不在同一麪，且均做的墊高防水，容易向外積水。
床墊OK，但被料和枕頭差了些，床墊的優勢體現不出來。
智能馬桶水力大了點着實，沾到水的體驗着實很不好。
以上是些問題，但房間還是乾淨衞生的。
