The service was great and the environment was good. There are many shops downstairs, so it's very convenient to buy anything. The only downside is that the toilet flush is extremely loud, but everything else was quite satisfactory.

Just a 3-minute walk to the station entrance, so no rushing to catch your train. The room was clean, the bedding soft, and all the amenities were there: A/C, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fridge. Disposable toiletries and slippers were also provided. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Upon check-in, you can add their concierge on WeChat to get a guide. They also offer free luggage storage. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in an old building but renovated. I don’t even know I have booked a room without windows when check in since it’s not mentioned in my room description. Front desk is willing to upgrade my room so that room is nicer than expected. This hotel located in city centre and really convenient. I would recommend it to business travellers.

The room has been renovated and looks very nice. It is clean and well-maintained. Don’t be deceived by the exterior of the hotel. The building is more than 20 years old. Must commend a very helpful staff 小许 - she recommended and showed us places to visit. We came on two days of typhoon affected weather. All outdoor places were no no. She directed us to the largest mall and advised us to take the didi as there were four of us. The next day she advised us to visit Dongguan Sign and 33 Town. At least we got to see something. She made our trip to Dongguan not wasted!

My room was cozy.It was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness.

The hotel is in a prime location with everything easily accessible. Service across all departments was excellent—truly wonderful! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. However, we got bitten by bugs during my stay. Guess I visited Dongguan at the wrong time of the year?
