辦入住時，前台堅持說有3張訂單，我已經一早取消了1張訂單。等了得久，我說先辦理2張訂單（4間房間）先入住，他不理我，要我們繼續等。他後來說查到了是取消了才幫我們辦入住，然後要收押金1500元，我不想付押金想留多一點錢傍身，我問可不可以把房間所有收費項目都鎖起，前台說不行，要我們付1000元就可以。
其他酒店都可以不收押金，這間酒店應該要彈性一點吧。
房間都安排在同層，房很大，燈光較暗。
地點很方便，走15分鐘左右就有大商場了。
晚上去了4樓按腳，很方便。
在房間聽到KTV的音樂，如果在小孩的家庭可能不適合。
第二天在酒樓飲茶，還不錯。
到前台問其中一間房間可不可以3點退房，他說不能但可以付費到6點退房。
雖然酒店地理位置很好，但服務真的需要改善一下，下次會住其他酒店。

十幾年前剛開業的時候住過一次，給全家人都留下了深刻印象。這次來廣東説什麼也要來萊茵，也是行程中必須完成的打卡項目了。從湛江一路開車到虎門，到虎門是晚上23.30了，即便要開車這麼久，也是一定要來的萊茵。不是一個人的執念，而是一大家子的選擇，萊茵，值得。和十幾年相比沒什麼特別大的變化，可想而知萊茵老闆的眼光多麼前衞，無論是裝修風格還是設備都一如既往的好。
