I booked a deluxe room for one single bed and at upper storey room (18-23 floor) and requested for non corner room. When I checked in, the hotel gave slower storey room of 17/F, two beds and corner room, which was totally out of the room fee I paid for. After argument, the hotel finally allocated 19/F room with one single bed, but still at the corner room. For the past two years, I have stayed in this hotel for numerous nights, how could the hotel to treat the loyalties client in this way, very disappointed.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money in Changping, and it even has a gym and a pool.

The room was big but I was given a smoking room which was full of cigarette smell. Need to turn on the air-con whole night to get rid of the smell.
