Hygiene: So-so~ The cleaning is not careful. The cotton pad on the first day fell in the bathroom and was not cleaned up on the last day... I was wondering if they would find it on the second day, but they didn't.

The facilities are too old. The person who checked in at the front desk was a fat, sloppy, greasy uncle who basically didn't know the etiquette of reception work. As an old luxury hotel, this shouldn't be the case.
