A Wonderful Stay Yet Again at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen
This was my 5th stay at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen, and once again, it did not disappoint. The service was consistently excellent – the hoteliers were warm and welcoming as always, and I especially appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the manager, who made me feel right at home.
The breakfast was another highlight of my stay – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. It’s clear that the team puts effort into maintaining high standards both in hospitality and in culinary offerings.
Spending 7 nights here was a pleasure, and I look forward to returning again soon.

The hotel is nice. There is a supermarket near it, so it was easy to get stuff. It also has a nice view. The bed are clean and the bathroom was good. During the end of our stay we started to smell smoke like there was a fire. Overall nice place.

Convenient with eateries and shoppings around the area. Location is alright for my trip, to visit nearby factories via didi. All good. Breakfast is basic though

首先，大堂不開空調，現在深圳已經很熱。
第二，所有外賣和包裹不允許快遞員送上去，也沒機器人送上去，更不要提服務員送上去。
第三，硬件上面完全配不上是四星，性價比極低，自動窗簾都不奢望，竟然都不是窗簾，而是傳統下拉的那種簾，光亮都不遮
第四，服務態度不好。1，剛開始覺得還蠻不錯，當時趕時間請他們幫忙把行李送到房間，幫我送了，後面都是一塌糊塗，前台接電話不解決問題，希望延時退房補鐘點房差價，告訴我沒有鐘點房，要收半天房費，最搞笑的是説價格半天房費比攜程全天差不多，然後説幫我延2點退房，可是電話剛剛接通的時候我就説了攜程我做了延時2點退房，這本來就是我的權利。
2，身體不適生病發燒，第一天週六阿姨10點敲門非要打掃衞生，我強撐着説我打掃燈沒關，我也就忍了，第二天週日上午9點半，開着電話會又敲我門，要打掃衞生，我請問呢，哪個正常酒店早上9點半敲客人的門打掃衞生的？我説阿姨我沒有亮打掃燈，阿姨説有沒有亮燈她們都要確認，跟我在爭辯，我説東西放門口，不用打掃，結果開了門她看見了又問我是不是不用打掃，***搞笑了，沒有最爛衹有更爛的服務，我是見識到了。
最後，房間不隔音，想安靜的不要指望。
住過這麼多次酒店，這家真的是我見識過性價比最低了。如果不是因為發燒，沒有力氣，早就退訂了。
