很滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店的工作人員很熱情，辦理入住的Cindy印象不錯，免費升級了房間。床墊很舒服，設施齊全，位置不錯，附近有城軌站，對於商務出差人士來説很方便。

前台Cindy提前電話聯繫，詢問了入住喜好，並告知怎樣搭乘到酒店。從入住到退房的工作人員服務都很熱情。酒店環境也很不錯，衞生也是做的很好。值得稱讚。

來東莞這邊出差，看評分蠻高的，選擇了鉑爾曼。酒店附近就是城軌站。交通很方便。前台的大堂經理Cindy服務很熱情，主動問詢入住體驗。環境，服務都很不錯的一家酒店。
