I was on a family Leisure trip for 2 nights and 3 days. we checked in very late and we upgraded to lake view room after check-in we went to the restaurant which was 7 mins walk from the Hotel Lobby. we beaning vegetarian was disappointed and returned back to room. On 2nd day i meet the manger Mr Simon Zheng at the reception he went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. we did not carry Golf dress with us, he spoke with golf manager and ensured that we could go on both the days for the Golf driving range experience and also play golf. For Breakfast he arranged Vegetarian food for us. Overall had a great stay and look forward for another such outing. Room was very spacious and big.

A pretty good stay though the trip.com booking was a bit misleading. It mentioned two sessions at the wellness centre were in the package, but the hotel said the spa visit wasn’t included and we had to pay for that.

Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms. I had a balcony room with a mountain view, and HIGHLY recommend it. I've also stayed at the "other" Mission Hills hotel (also a nice option), but I prefer this one.

Perfect getaway from city life. The staff were friendly and the food options were good.
There were fun activities set up for kids, in addition to that they have a trampoline park, kids pool, kids golf, kids arcade and an animal park. We had complimentary tickets to the Shenzhen resort but were not able to use them.
The food options were good, and we could order from outside which was convenient because there was no convenient store in the resort. They have a Starbucks on-site I appreciated that a lot.
Overall, I’d recommend this to my friends and given time we’d go again.
