⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Garden Hotel with my family, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures. It was clear that the hotel prioritizes cleanliness and guest comfort, which is always a plus for families. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic swimming pool. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, with enough space for everyone to enjoy. My family absolutely loved it, and we spent many joyful afternoons splashing around together. The location of the Royal Garden Hotel is another significant advantage. It's easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and getting around the area without any hassle. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The hotel is located in a nice area with close proximity to amenities around the hotel. Ms. Emily at the hotel is very welcoming and nice person who is there to meet and greet. I love staying at Royal Garden Hotel and recommend business travellers and Liesure travellers to enjoy solo or family at this wonderful location.

This price is still very cost-effective to stay in the charger left behind room will also remind the front desk of a very good "like" Daisy free upgrade

A very good and recommendable hotel in Dalang. The staffs arc very friendly an willing to assist

Most of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge. I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited. The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

We had a wrong booking, but we have to pay for the booking, no goodwill of the hotel. I will never come again

The service isn’t good like before, The staff didn’t help us to bring the luggage to our room, especially when we have kids. Also the facility is getting old too but the food is still great but the price is really high.

The hotel is nice and clean l. The staff are helpful, particularly Emily, who helped me with some of my requests. This was my second time at this hotel and I would book again.

Very convenient and centrally located. The breakfast is of high standard and varieties. Swimming pool is quite huge.
