還不錯👍在常平算是特別好的酒店啦，不過服務可以做得更好，設施可以再更新一下下，整體還行，推薦入住哈哈哈😃

本次入住非常滿意，酒店房間很大，房間設施也很新，打掃的也非常乾淨，有種回家的感覺。地理位置很好，旁邊商場很近，停車和吃飯都很方便，而且還是無煙房，體驗很好。表揚一下前台服務，效率都很高，辦理速度快，服務響應速度快，下次來出差的話還會選擇的！

經常到處出差住酒店，正常我不評價的情況下，説明酒店都是不錯的。這次真的是要好好點評下！很久沒回來廣東了，這次回來入住歐亞，實在是太令我失望😞首先第一天入住，手機提前攜程預訂好，到了前台辦理，那個女的説沒看到電腦顯示，等了大概10分鐘，好不容易顯示了，付款時候，明明輸了密碼付款了，我的手機也收到短訊扣費訊息，訊息也提供對方看了，她非説沒到賬！不讓我離開，還讓我等，我從外地好不容易假期開車10個小時到酒店，拖着行李大包小包，為的就是趕緊辦理好上去休息，可她死都説要等下，後來我老公有點生氣了，因為哪怕真的到賬不了，我在樓上房間，還能跑了嗎？！已經劃扣，沒有退回來的情況下，我也不可能給她重複再扣！她旁邊一個男的就説：讓他上去吧，應該是到賬了，是機子有點卡吧！她才給我上去，給我感覺就是“不依不饒”！上去後，就中規中矩的套間，裝修有點舊，這些我都能接受，但無法接受的是浴巾、毛巾通通不吸水，劣質產品！住那麼多次酒店，還真頭一次遇到，建議老闆好好查下采購，不知道拿了多少回扣，給顧客用這樣的東西，還好自帶梳子和其他洗浴用品，壓根沒法用，還有紙巾，一抽到處都是紙巾屑，如圖所示，圖片還不明顯。那個馬桶，多次我都擔心堵了，很差，不好沖水。另外，雖然配備了驅蚊液，但還是有蚊子，2天咬我幾個大包，頭一天我靠着沙發坐的時候，還有一衹大黑蟲跑我腋下，嚇死我，我以為是蜱蟲！很黑很大！最後退房也是很不愉快的結束！退房因為發票的問題，我明確告知前台我會給他們差評的！我需要開專票，酒店基本都可以開，歐亞也可以開，但需要我一個個錄，我提出讓他們對着我手機發票內容拍照幫我一個個錄，因為我今天趕着回去，很遠路程遠，對方前台不聽，服務態度很差，如果給他們拍照的話，會讓他們一個個錄，他們嫌麻煩！！那其他酒店為什麼能做到麻煩留自己，讓顧客方便的呢？！還藉口和我扯他們幫忙錄的話，開票系統不穩定，你一個前台是覺得我沒開過發票嗎？以後我絕對不會再入住這家酒店！這次如此認真點評，是確實令我很不愉快，也好給後面入住的客人提個醒！但有一説一，上條評論漏了，房間空調很冷，就是異響有點大。酒店出口右手邊腸粉店很好吃，老字號，但服務態度也是不敢恭維。
