住店三次感覺不舒服的地方前台接待態度真的很差，沒有笑容，客户有問題不但不主動幫忙，客户問的時候還愛理不理，有一點需讚的地方搞衞生阿姨態度很好，笑容很美，前台的接待態度確確實實要改善，我來住店是消費，沒有欠你們錢，個個哭着臉那能有好心情。還有一點買酒店的特產還需要客户跑上跑下接待還不樂意，這樣的服務能把生意做好嗎？？？
