I booked via Trip app so easy to locate and compare pricing and facilities. Checked in late about 9:45 pm was 5 min. The foyer is so big and hotel has lots of amenities for you to enjoy. My Room was just as it was displayed in the photo and with a very good the view from my room Window I can see the swimming pool and gym and it was late June very hot I plans to go for a swimming the next day. I went out the town of Changping is lively place restaurants were still open and streets were alive with people. Lots of shops and arcades to look through. My room came with breakfast the next morning and a late check out at 3:pm gave me time to eat and see the sites of this beautiful city. I recommend this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel staff looks very busy while there is no others guest at the counter , when we booked the hotel was told there is a compliment foot bath but when we check in they deny and told us NO.... is either trip.com or the hotel has feed us the wrong information

It's a 3 star hotel. Hotel rates booked via trip.Com are very reasonable. Good value for money overall.

hotel location is near shopping and restaurants. breakfast has many options. service is good

Moldy damp smell 5. Air conditioner weak room was never cool Had trouble sleeping because of mattress and damp smell

Getting very old compared to my last visit several years ago. Would consider other hotels with newer amenities and more reasonable price

Decent hotel with decent price and value. Very near to a lot of food places. Good location

They have done slight renovation, so the rooms are nicer and they offer Free Breakfast and Lunch, plus free coffee and other beverages in the lobby. They also offered free laundry service which I did not take advantage. In sum, the hotel has made considerable improvement.

Location of the hotel is good. Customer service is efficient and the staffs are helpful. The room is spacious but three rooms we booked were all at the last corner of the corridor, which we felt uncomfortable. The pillows and bed sheets were quite wet that made us unable to sleep well.

I love the location - it is very central and had no issues - staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean and I would stay there again.. Room was spacious and everything worked - maybe the ac once was not working (but it was resolved). Staff cleaned room everyday (unless asked not to do so). Very satisfied.

The updated multi media services system is great improvement for this change.

Good to have a nice stay Clean and Clear for the room , will consider stay again

Having a free laundry service was a plus to all travellers. Hotel room fee was affordable and worth it.
