這個好評是衝著前台晚班小哥給的 很有禮貌 酒店各方面都挺好的 但是唯一一個讓我有點無語的就是住了好幾天 最後一天退房的時候 前台打電話到房間來 應該是問我們退房還是續住 當時我們接了 電話沒聲音就掛掉了 後來有個阿姨問了一下我們 我們説退房 因為退房那天我們起的比較晚 所以退房的時間就晚了點 當時我們已經差不多收拾完了 不知道是客房阿姨還是誰又問我們續住還是退房 我們説退房 然後語氣很不好的説退房就馬上出來 不然要收錢了 。。。語氣真讓人挺不舒服的 希望酒店有關部門能着重培訓一下員工的話術吧 延遲退房要收費好好説就是了 沒必要在門口兇那麼一句 本來想退房的時候就當場點好評的 突然出現個這個事真讓人心情瞬間。。無語住了
