Facilities: Newly renovated, with music in the shower. Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, bright, and odor-free. The bedding and carpets were quite clean. Environment: Quiet and peaceful. Service: As always, excellent and very friendly.

Excellent, great hotel clean nice I cannot ask for more. The only thing I miss was that the audio cannot function in the bathroom. I also got free upgrade. That was really great. Lavender a hotel I can rely on for a safe and comfortable stay.

The environment and hygiene are consistently excellent, offering great value for money. The service attitude is fantastic and very efficient; they even helped replace the hairdryer. Plus, they didn't rush us to check out early. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, only the location not so near at the city (not the walking distance) and they are doing the renovation so a bit disturbing during our stay. General still good.

Needs improvement in cleanliness of rooms and the room stated non smoking room but there was an astray on the table therefore the air purifier was put in the room, but the smoke smell still there. The location is quite convenient for dim sum and hairstyling.

A really excellent choice of hotel, the hotel room is phenomenal for the price and is extremely clean and modern, the toilet is clean, modern and with very strong and hot water, amenities are as expected for a lower cost hotel, no safe, fridge but other than that, it is really excellent. View out is a miss though, View is that of a courtyard and not towards the river.
