Dongguan Humen Town 4-star Hotels

Very good! Highly recommended! I stayed there for the Humen HalfMarathon in DEC2023. The hotel is very clean! Cheap (309CNY\night) Include outdoor swimming pool! Hotel is located inside the newest mall in Humen. Many restaurants inside!

The location is good! Friendly front desk staff very professionally and helpful. Especially will like to give lady front desk staff Xiao Hui(小慧）a thumb up 👍! Only the breakfast there are room to improve.

Haha, the hotel's air conditioning is very powerful, the weather is too hot, and it feels comfortable as soon as you enter the room! The room was very big. I had to catch the plane the next day. I told the front desk to wake up at 6:30 in the morning. The phone on the bedside table rang on time in the morning. I was afraid that I could not get up. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the room looks very comfortable, and it also has a smart remote control. Even if you are tired from shopping, you can turn on and off the lights and close the curtains by calling Xiao Ai while lying on the bed, which is perfect for me. Such a lazy person, If you are hungry, the hotel restaurant is really good!

A very good hotel. Although there was a small unpleasant episode when checking in, the lobby manager quickly adjusted it. When you enter the room, you can see that everything in the hotel has a design concept throughout, down to the style of the teapot and the choice of hand sanitizer.

On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.
