I thought it would take two o'clock to check in to the hotel, so I called and asked about it. I didn't expect to be able to check in earlier. What moved me was that the hotel turned on the air conditioner in advance. It was very cool when I checked in. This is also very good. There are many delicious restaurants and shops around. 🏡Environment: I really like the design style of the villa. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the villa. There is also a coffee shop and Cantonese restaurant beside the swimming pool. The spiral staircase in the hotel is one of its features. Moreover, different room landscapes have their own characteristics, which are both modern and traditional. The terrace of the hotel room can see a small park next door, the view is great! 🍃Service: The front desk prepared everything we might need for us. We booked a room with a bathtub, and candles were thoughtfully prepared next to the bathtub. The breakfast included in the hotel is in the coffee shop on the first floor. This is also a feature of the hotel that I would highly recommend! The environment of the coffee shop is very comfortable. You can read a book in the coffee shop when you have nothing to do, chat with the boss lady, drink coffee and relax... PS: Taking photos in a coffee shop is very photogenic! !

There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.

This hotel is always neat. I really liked the bathtub because it was big, but the garden was a little poor. The staff are kind to you. The location of the hotel is really good.
