Accommodation: The accommodation at Borneo Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms offered a peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided although a bit worn out but were still adequate for a comfortable stay. Hospitality: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hospitality extended by the staff at Borneo Inn. From the moment I checked in until the time of departure, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Their personalized service added a special touch to my overall experience, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel place very convenient in penampang area, nearby got few hyper market and restaurant. The price is reasonable and recommended.

Been here for almost 3 times! The family room is too big and spacious, believe me it probably can even fit 7 adults considering there's sofa bed as well. However, you will need to go up to 2nd floor for that haha. If you need to use iron, there's an iron board outside of the room. The bathroom so spacious! One thing can be improved is please make sure there's staff at the counter. So hard that we need to call and wait for them especially when we are rushing to check out.

I think this place is quite nice but just the room is not that sake with the picture and even smaller from the picture.

Not really clean. The blanket I saw got stick with blood. Which is not hygiene. The aircon I feel most dirty bcs I open the aircon for 30minit not even cold when I open very thick the dust. Toilet super small

The place where you can stay for budget. Out of sudden have events that make keep awakening unable to save my energy for next day to practical purposes
