At first we arrive and the door handle is broken and of course we ask to move another room but management said all room are fully booked. The sofa is broken, the tv is outdated even cant use netflix only youtube. The aircond in living room is dirty and need to service, and a bit smelly when we come inside. On positive side you can open the window on evening and you can see the sunset and its very nice and the heater functioning well and cheap than other room lah

Ants on kitchen table top which near to sink. Aircond in my room is too loud, unable to sleep at night. Pros is living room has ceiling fan n aircond wich helped to dry our clothes.

Room 07-18 Check-in process is very convenience. Tv remote not functioning. The mattress is not comfortable bcs it sink in the middle.

I arrived at hotel near 2pm, but the staff insisted need to check in 3pm. So sad......

The room is nearby shopping mall so easy to find food and things. The room also big and comfort

You have to chase your RM50 deposit everyday for them to refund to you, they will inform you that your deposit will be refunded within 3 working days, but it just a scam, it will take up to two weeks to refund RM50 deposit.

The bed was disgusting!Got a few hair on the pillow .You could see a shoe/foot prints on the floor where other people walk.It looked as though it had not been clean properly.

Gentle reminder : to clean your washrooms walls , toilet bowl ( pees) & washroom sink ( cigarettes ashes) also they didn't change single bedsheets and it was stains at the single bedsheets that is new upon arriving to the room. Suggestion for the management to look upon your window walls . It is mold and it's had impacted who suffers from asthma and sinus . Hope your team will take action on this matter for your next customer that will stays in this SUITE . Thank you !
