性價比高，房間乾淨舒適，樓下就是東興口岸，出行方便，就餐方便，空調熱水都很舒服，還可以免費到35樓觀景。

維也納國際酒店（東興市口岸店）房間夠大，周邊環境好，離口岸幾百米就到了，外出吃飯購物特別方便的，衞生也比轉乾淨，早餐品種不是那麼豐盛，但是也能吃飽比其它的國際維也納差一點，房間配備小件用品差。

東興地標性建築，打車一説司機都知道在哪裡。但是節假日附近會封路，汽車可能不能開到酒店樓下。
房間面積夠大，衞生沒問題。住客可以免費上頂樓拍照。
