It was the first time I brought my children to Hengdian. When I saw that Hengdian also opened a Hampton by Hilton hotel, I jumped in immediately. I stayed with this family when I traveled to other places before! The sanitary environment is very good. The bed was very comfortable, and the children slept very peacefully. This is a newly opened hotel in Hengdian, and there is nothing to say about the facilities. What makes me most satisfied is the people. The ladies at the front desk are so enthusiastic. They greet us all the time when we come in and out of the hotel, joke with the children, and communicate well! The hotel manager has a good service attitude and the leadership is methodical. From the manager to the aunties, everyone in the hotel serves with smiles. It was my first time to stay in a hotel, and my children didn’t want to leave. They all say that traveling is a pain, but choosing a good hotel can really relieve the fatigue of the day. I give Hengdian 10 points. Half of the happiness is the Hilton. Given by a friend. By the way, it’s also convenient to order takeout, the robot delivers it to the room very quickly, and it also washes and dries clothes, which is so convenient!
