非常棒的一次體驗！辦理入住的時候，工作人員就詳細的介紹了酒店游泳館，小童遊樂場，餐廳等具體位置，主動告知行政套房可以享受的禮賓服務。 推開房門，寬敞的空間，美式傢俱盡顯華麗，陽台望出去一片湖景別墅盡收眼底，躺在床上就可以看到窗外美景，傍晚吹着小風看着日落十分愜意。早餐品種豐富，補充餐品很及時，員工也都會在第一時間打掃乾淨餐桌。游泳館很大，小童遊樂場也足夠孩子們玩耍，整體性價比超高！當晚孩子突發急症，開車10分鐘就到達了東營市小童醫院！邊上挨着婦幼和人民醫院，位置十分便捷！因為這家酒店，我們決定以後還會再來這裏。期待下一次相遇……

五一高峯期入住，對酒店的服務其實已經做了一定的心理準備，但是萬萬沒想到能差到這種地步。
首先，我們一到達就受到了沖擊，酒店佔地很大，地上有很多停車位，但是五一前兩天太陽比較曬，就想着把車停地下停車場，一進地下就發現燈光昏暗，等停好車才發現更絕的來了，電梯廳沒有一盞燈（包括應急燈），電梯完全沒有運行，地上特別臟，還有很多不知名的紙巾。沒辦法我們衹能把車又開回地上。
checkin以後到了房間，我們訂房訂的晚，當時衹剩套房了，沒辦法下血本現金訂的套房，結果套房空有一個大，連個膠囊咖啡機都沒有，minibar也沒有任何東西，衹有幾包可憐的茶包和雀巢速溶咖啡。陽台的地面非常臟，也沒有擺椅子，麻煩這麼好的硬件好好搞搞衞生不行嗎？
如果説房間還好，雖然配套一般但是裝修豪華、房間大還算有優點的話，這家酒店的餐飲就讓人瞠目結舌了。
早餐是我吃過五星酒店早餐最差的，甚至我早上衹吃了一碗麪一個煎蛋，轉了好幾圈幾乎沒有任何想吃的，孩子他爸也覺得早餐很差。第一天我們不想出去吃晚飯了，就吃了酒店的自助，結果我的媽，128元一位説實話不貴，但是能吃的真的很少，這種五星酒店的自助用虹鱒充當三文魚真是丟人，“三文魚”的顏色花紋不對，並且有很濃的土腥味，可以看看圖1。套房是帶行政禮遇的，之前看這家店酒廊基本不開，沒想到節假日開放了，裏面連個氣泡水都沒有，飲料都是那種大桶的，happyhour沒有熱菜，衹有幾種三明治，且應該沒有酒，也有可能我沒看到，因為逛了一圈看衹有這點東西我們坐都沒有坐就走了。
還有泳池，泳池不在主樓上，需要走一段户外，女賓一共衹有四個淋浴間，小的可憐。
最後，真是後悔沒聽朋友的住當地另一家老牌五星酒店，大家避雷吧。
