全家一起出去玩，訂了3間標準間，位置很好，在市裡，出門去哪裡都放便。前台服務員熱情，有問必答，還給我們升了房。進門有水果。院子很大，有足夠多的停車位，全家都感覺不錯。

雖然標着五星，對於在東營也不要強求按標準五星的要求。衞生，硬件還行吧。但是，辦完入住後的30多分鐘，出酒店加了個油，居然收了五塊停車費。回來問前台，答覆説需要掃個出門碼，沒有文字提醒的碼確實在前台立着，但是沒有任何地方,辦入住的時候也沒人提醒要掃出門碼。我還好意提醒前台兩次，建議貼個提醒，沒有人理會這個事情。
住“5”星級酒店被扣停車費這個事情，確實不可接受
