Hi Inn (Heyuan University Town)

I booked this hotel after seeing its good ratings online. The hotel's sign was large and easy to spot. They even offer complimentary foot soak tubs, and free tea bags are available – such thoughtful touches! The front desk also provides luggage storage and can even help guests receive parcels. Check-out was hassle-free; there was no need to wait for a room inspection, and no deposit was required. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I felt very secure during my stay and had a wonderful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable. The service robot was a cute and convenient touch, which my children absolutely adored.

This was my first time staying at a Hiyoun hotel, as I was in Heyuan for a business trip. I was really impressed – their brand holds up well against some of the bigger chains, offering hotel quality at guesthouse prices. It's such great value for money that I stayed for several consecutive nights and would gladly drive a bit further just to avoid changing hotels. My room featured a bay window and was just the right size. The bathroom had a convenient dry/wet separation and a hairdryer. All disposable toiletries were clean, hygienic, and very well-stocked. There's ample parking downstairs. The front desk offers free charger rentals, and I was particularly impressed when a kind staff member used a robot to deliver a shaver to my room – very thoughtful service! Plus, there's a snack street close by with plenty of delicious food options. With Donghuan Road right next door, getting around is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose Hiyoun again for my next business trip to Dongyuan. Highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The lady at check-in was incredibly helpful; she offered us a complimentary room upgrade and even granted us a late check-out. The lobby is very spacious, and there's plenty of parking right outside the hotel entrance. We also found many great food choices in the surrounding area. We had a very comfortable sleep, especially thanks to the excellent pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very easy to find and lives up to its promotional video – it's quite high-end. There's a commercial street nearby, and it's very close to the exam center. Getting to the city center is just a few quick kilometers. The rooms are beautiful and exactly as pictured, with comprehensive facilities, and there's even a laundry room. The staff provided excellent service too. Highly recommended!

I've stayed at this Haiyou hotel quite a few times already. The front desk service is excellent; they're always good about accommodating my room requests. There's a smart robot in the lobby that can deliver items directly to your room, which is very convenient. Also, there's a convenience store right on the ground floor, and if you prefer not to go downstairs, you can simply have the robot deliver things to your door. My overall stay experience was very positive, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!
