Exceptionnel à tout point de vue:accueil (Nello est d une amabilité et gentillesse rare avec un sourire permanent), localisation ( réellement en front de mer) avec restos au choix aux alentours, cadre magnifique avec décoration d un goût parfait, personnel attentif,petit déjeuner varié et copieux…..Bref à ne recommander qu aux personnes que vous appréciez vraiment.

Hotel bello, situato al centro di Donnalucata ed affacciato sul lungomare; elegante la ristrutturazione degli interni. Avevamo scelto una stanza vista mare, spaziosa e funzionale. Ottima la colazione, sia dolce che salata. Gentilissimo il personale.

The location brilliant the service very good and the accomodation modern all amenities first class breakfast each morning small buffet style but with great expresso coffee on tap highly recommended and it is a auiet little seaside place

What can I say? Location, qualify, courtesy of the staff, overall value. The best hotel we've been in Sicily. Overlooking the sea with some of the best views of the island. Bfast was super large and severed on a restaurant overlooking the sea. Absolutely reccomended. Spend a week here. It'll make you new.

Abbiamo soggiornato in qusta speciale e bellissima struttura dall 8 al 15 Agosto. Unico hotel sul lungomare di Donnalucata Accoglienza,gentilezza e competenza caratterizzano tutto il personale Stanze perfettamente pulite quotidianamente Consiglio assolutamente il ristorante dell hotel ,aperto anche al pubblico. La chef vi propone piatti a base di pesce di alta qualità. Un vero piacere….!!

A converted beach front villa in a charming quiet seaside resort. Clearly they had to gut the place as the lovely period exterior gives way to an ultra modern interior. All rooms I believe have sea front views and all amenities although the missing tiles and hole in our bedroom floor was a bit of a let down as was the bathroom mirror starting to deteriorate. Pleasant small pool and handy car park. Lots of eateries of all grades-nearby. A pleasant buffet breakfast . In all a great place for a few days by the sea and handy for touring the nearby baroque towns if you have a car.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at the Zafran. A beautiful room and delicious continental breakfast with coffee freshly made to order.
The staff were welcoming and so helpful. I could not recommend more highly.
Donnalucata was quiet but there were several places to eat nearby. Good location for Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse etc.

L'Hotel Zafran ci è piaciuto molto, camere molto pulite e curate, personale molto gentile e simpatico, posizione meravigliosa. Rispondente alle nostre aspettative. Da donnalucatese è bello sapere che ci sia una struttura che possa soddisfare il turista che decide di vivere una vacanza nei rinomati luoghi di Montalbano, soprattutto della stupenda Sicilia sud-orientale.

Più che un boutique hotel è da considerarsi un discount hotel con i prezzi da boutique. Le camere arredate in dubbio gusto minimalista non danno spazio agli abiti che devono essere riposti sul pavimento. I materassi troppo molli e scomodi. La piscina per dimensioni profondità e temperatura dell'acqua e'da considerarsi un lavapiedi . Non c'è una hall riparata in cui poter leggere un libro e la colazione è decisamente scarsa, il tutto accompagnato dal personale poco professionale arrogante e maleducato. Noi abbiamo anticipato la partenza.
