Estuvimos varias noches no nos hicieron la limpieza un día pedimos la limpieza solo cambiaron las toallas pero no arreglaron la cama. Nos salió un cien pies, un animalito en el baño de la habíatacion.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel bathroom is disgusting, it’s full of mold and mildew. Bedroom wall was patched and it was a terrible job. I had to leave the hotel and book a room elsewhere, as I couldn’t stay there for the night as it was that terrible. Pre paid for a king in advanced amd got a twin bed. Front desk said they are sold out and housekeeping moved me. Worst hotel ever. I want my money back!!!!!

Pesima servicio, pésima limpieza, no cumplen con lo que ofrecen, el supervisor nunva tuvo la amabilidad de atenderme por mis reclamos, hicieron un ofrecimiento para remediar la mala atención y nunca la cumplió. Los recepcionistas trataron de ayudar pero el supervisor no le dio la gana.

Very must smell when we first entered the room. They need dehumidifiers. Tv cable didn’t work.
