I am very impressed with AC Hotel in Doral Florida. I like the European look of this new hotel in Miami. I was there twice in April 2024 and much to my amazement, the staff remembered me. I ate dinner and breakfast there both times and enjoyed the limited but tasty choices. Charlie and Keyshaun immediately recognized me and even remembered where I had gone in between the my two visits. They were very helpful in many ways. The bartender was also very helpful and I particularly liked the woman who works in. the breakfast area (sorry, I forgot her name) but she was there on the weekends. She obviously likes her job and goes out of her way to be helpful. My only suggestion is that they work on the shuttle service to MIA - Since AC and Fairfield Inn are right next to each other they should be able to inprove the frequency of pick ups at MIA.

Umm let me say I never write reviews but the AC Doral staff including Keyshawn, Charlie and Ricardo were amazing!! We only stayed one night but there recommendations we’re spot on and coordinating our transportation in-house made it easy!

This hotel is it! Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Great interior Designs. The fresh lavender is great! Keyshawn, Carlos and ladies in breakfast were so kind. We really enjoyed our stay. I think their name is Lilly and Yurisies were nice too oh and last but not the the Room attendant. Kudos to the person who cleaned and the person who is cleaning it today. She was very pleasant. I didn’t get her name. Floricelle? Thanks again! Coming from Tampa FL
