La ducha de mi habitación no funcionaba. Me dijeron que me avisarían para cambiarme de habitación y nadie se contactó conmigo. Llamé nuevamente y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque estaban “sobrevendidos”. Pésima experiencia, peor atención al cliente. NO SE QUEDEN EN LA QUINTA!!!

The staff is very arrogant, they run cards
Even if it says book now pay later, cancelled my room once because this, and said it’s my fault, I will not recommending this hotel for anyone to stay . Families wanted to use the pool but it was “too cold” at 28celcius so they said the pool is closed. Not enough food for breakfast they actually ran out on stuff
