3-Star Hotels in Doral

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is a decent American breakfast. Breakfast in most hotels in the United States is incomparable to breakfast in a four-star and five-star hotel in China. Both are simple. Free coffee and tea are available on the first floor lobby 24 hours. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We went to an Italian restaurant which the receptionist especially liked. It felt average and expensive. The hotel is relatively far from various attractions. We rent a car by ourselves, so it doesn't matter. We drive to the attractions every day, and then we drive to the Internet Red Restaurant for dinner. Hotel parking is free, so it is recommended to stay if you rent a car yourself.

To mention the least …outstanding service. Hopper messed up my reservation and I was disappointed how Hopper managed my reservation. Fortunately, I had Malcolm, the night front desk agent who allowed me to check in while my prepaid reservation was lost. The service that Mr. Hernandez provided was above and beyond. Hopper was not serious and did not resolved the issue on the next following day before checking out. (They promised to resolved the issue which it never happened that night). Thankfully, after Mr. Hernandez finished his shift, Mrs. Kiana took over and solved the issue. I want to really extend my gratitude towards Malcolm and Kiara because the warming welcoming and the professionalism was more than I was expecting. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, Aloft Doral should be your first option. I hope Marriott hotels continue such a great customer service training, showing great customer quality. Kudos to both of you. I felt like home all times and I never found anything irregular but Hopper service. Great service, great management.

we have rent a suite for 8 days with kitchen : the service was totally fitting with our expectation ! Nice and convenient place : parking free ; good wifi ; good breakfast selection. Possibility to do barbecue Pool not tested as we have prefered the beaches other clients could be workers, family in travel transit. we have booked on line before, all were sorted perfectly

Always stay in Marriott hotels for years. Stayed in Doral for one night, airplane noise due to flight path about two hundred feet directly above hotel is horrible, floor shakes every minute or two when landing planes come overhead. The patio has only one table outside the pool enclosure. Since the one table was taken by another party, we sat at table inside the pool enclosure where there are numerous tables and chairs some occupied. The pool was closed per the sign, we did not go in the pool nor did we want to, even though the pool was clear, clean and pump obviously working. Our party only wanted to sit and enjoy happy hour. We sat there for over an hour and then rudely we were told we had to leave the patio as the pool was closed. We were not in the pool. We asked why we had to leave the patio when we were not in the pool and the employee could not answer why. Definitely not worth the price to stay here and definitely does not compare to the standard of Marriott

Upon arrival I was impressed with the lobby and bar area. It seems very nice and well-maintained. Turn front desk person was very cold and miserable. I started speaking to him to check in and he literally walked away from me in the middle of me talking and came back two minutes later like it never happened. He is not someone who should be working in hospitality The room had bloody? Stains on the wall and curtain. After swimming in the pool we got out and went to the towel rack to find that it was empty. I went to the phone that is near the pool to try to call the front desk. The phone doesn’t even work. It’s an emergency phone by the pool and it doesn’t even work. Thankfully, I had my phone with me. I found the front desk and was told towels would come but never given an apology. The towels never came we waited 45 min. We decided to just walk through the hotel soaking wet. I’m sure the floor was extremely slippery for other people who decided to walk after us. My youngest child was freezing walking through the hotel. We get to the room and there are only two towels even though I booked the room for four people. I phoned the front desk and again no apology he just told me towels would come. After about 30 minutes someone brought towels. It’s kind of ridiculous that even the most simple requests cannot be taken care of. I have tried to call since we left to complain to the manager but he is always unavailable and it takes forever for someone to answer the phone.

The environment is good, there is a gym on the first floor, there is free fruit inside, breakfast is normal, every time I bake a loaf of bread, huh, huh, take a taxi for 15 minutes at the airport, but there is a free shuttle bus at the airport.

This a nice, modern Marriott brand. Stay at a lot of Marriott hotels but this is the first AC. I like it!! Very clean and well appointed. The gym wasn't huge, but equipment was new. 15 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was fresh, tasted great and the service from Lily was outstanding! She is very kind and attentive. Highly recommend!
