The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is a decent American breakfast. Breakfast in most hotels in the United States is incomparable to breakfast in a four-star and five-star hotel in China. Both are simple. Free coffee and tea are available on the first floor lobby 24 hours. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We went to an Italian restaurant which the receptionist especially liked. It felt average and expensive. The hotel is relatively far from various attractions. We rent a car by ourselves, so it doesn't matter. We drive to the attractions every day, and then we drive to the Internet Red Restaurant for dinner. Hotel parking is free, so it is recommended to stay if you rent a car yourself.

Close to Miami Airport, it is better that I depart the airport at 4 am, there are drivers to send to the airport, the most considerate service, because the first flight, so few people, we waited 10 minutes in the lobby and started to depart the airport, see The driver was nice and gave a tip of 5USD. After all, I felt that my first business got up in the morning and went home for my safety and security. The front desk staff was more enthusiastic and nice. Recommended

To mention the least …outstanding service. Hopper messed up my reservation and I was disappointed how Hopper managed my reservation. Fortunately, I had Malcolm, the night front desk agent who allowed me to check in while my prepaid reservation was lost. The service that Mr. Hernandez provided was above and beyond. Hopper was not serious and did not resolved the issue on the next following day before checking out. (They promised to resolved the issue which it never happened that night). Thankfully, after Mr. Hernandez finished his shift, Mrs. Kiana took over and solved the issue. I want to really extend my gratitude towards Malcolm and Kiara because the warming welcoming and the professionalism was more than I was expecting. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, Aloft Doral should be your first option. I hope Marriott hotels continue such a great customer service training, showing great customer quality. Kudos to both of you. I felt like home all times and I never found anything irregular but Hopper service. Great service, great management.

What started off as a good moment/event for teenage seniors celebrating a memorable night, turned bad in minutes. I went to the Miami Lakes Hotel located in Miami Lakes thinking I was going to be able to watch my niece and her friends get ready for their senior prom but within 20 minutes of me being there the security guard that is employed by Security Alliance (Andy)rushed down the walkway to the room with a hotel manager. Once they arrived at the room they refused to speak with me or my sisters husband, they wanted to only speak with her because the room was registered under her(not a big deal but she was helping my niece get ready for her special day). Once she was able to come out they informed her that the food setup outside was a fire hazard. After about a few minutes I started breaking down the food because we just wanted to make sure the girls enjoyed their day. Within 20 minutes of breaking down the table the same security guard was standing in the corner on his cellphone and returned with another guy who said everyone had to leave. It was a terrible thing to hear that now you have to be rushed out the room because according to management you can only have 4 guest per room. Because this bothered me I requested to speak with management. In the middle of the hotel there is a Tiki hut area. At that table there were about 4-5 men sitting with music drinking alcohol (several bottles on table) on the other side of them there was about 7-10 people boxing. I asked about an open container policy and management did not seem to know what the rules were. I was disgusted because I felt like we were being discriminated against. There was no noise coming from our gathering and there were no guest being disturbed. We didn’t have alcohol and we didn’t have music. The security guard seemed very happy that we were told we had to leave out of the pool area(no one was in the pool). This by far was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel, even kid friendly hotels give better treatment than this. Prior to renting the room my sister asked if she could have the event there and she was told she could but apparently they didn’t give that message to everyone. The operations manager (Fran) was leaving before he made the decision to shut everything down and the hotel managers (Rafael and Chris)watched at the front desk as security (Andy) harassed us by the room. The room was a spacious room but for the price and treatment from Security Alliance staff (Andy)and hotel management, I would never rent a room from this place.

Good hotel, spacious room (there were four of us and we were very well accommodated), functional, friendly and efficient service (a highlight for Alexa). Standard American breakfast, good but not excellent. Opposite the International Mall and about a 7-minute drive from Dolphin Mall (USD8 by Uber). A very positive point was that they kept our bags while we were on our cruise. I recommend.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are not particularly large but clean and tidy. The hotel has an airport bus, but not every half hour. Go to the airport in the morning and make a reservation at the front desk the day before. Breakfast was too late to eat and looked okay. Eating around was okay, not too many businesses. It is more convenient to drive.

This is an excellent place to stay near FIU. I was visiting my student, and it could not have been a better location. Close to everything. The service was terrific. Many thanks to the breakfast staff for being so accommodating. Special thanks to Adrianna at the front desk who helped me so much with getting a room when I had to overstay.

The staff is VERY polite and accommodating. They are pleasant and always ready to help. So Service is second to none. The hotel is very clean and the rooms very spacious - the whole experience is extremely nice If you want a real good cappuccino in the morning, ask Gisel to make it ! She is the best . The bar tenders are as good as any and super nice. Genevieve and all the other members of the concierge/front desk team are simply fantastic to work with I am afraid to write this review because I want to always find availability in this amazing HIlton property when I travel to Miami for business or pleasure.!

Because I had an early flight, I specifically chose this hotel to stay for one night. Overall, I was quite satisfied: 1) The room was well-equipped and clean; 2) There was a restaurant on the 9th floor with a nice night view and good food. Although it was an American restaurant, Tea is also provided, which is really great! The restaurant is connected to the dance hall, and many people sang and danced after eating. The atmosphere was great! If you have a transfer and don’t want to rent a car to eat out, then this hotel is your best choice!

I needed a clean, quiet place ideally between the Airport and FIU with some extra space and a kitchen. I didn't use the kitchen as much as expected but it was indeed nice to have, and the place was very clean. I had a couple of maintenance items while here which were handled courteously the same day. I also tried out the locker, borrowing a DVD player. It worked great. As for noise, you can indeed hear airplanes very well from inside the room. I was never awakened by them and note that fewer fly during the night. Several restaurants are an easy walk from here, so I tried Venezuelan food and Lebanese, both really good. There is no Safe in the room.
